		The August memo from Gibbons to the President [JPG - 345K] Significant document showing that Bill Clinton sat down with Laurance Rockefeller to discuss UFOs. The President was not able to get material through official channels and sat down with Rockefeller who presented the "Best Available Evidence." Upon returning to Washington after the meeting Clinton was reported to have said, “I know this is all true, but God damn it, they won’t tell me a thing. Not a God damned thing." Hillary was reported to have been in this meeting by multiple sources who are familiar.

		November 1, 1995 letter from Henry Diamond to President Clinton’s Science Advisor [PDF - 660K] This is a letter written after the meeting on UFO between Bill and Hillary Clinton and Laurence Rockefeller. The letter points out that Hillary and her staff have been helping Rockefeller edit the draft of a letter to the President called “Lifting Secrecy of Information about Extraterrestrial Intelligence as Part of the Current Classification Review.” Draft Letter to the President titled “Lifting Secrecy of Information about Extraterrestrial Intelligence as Part of the Current Classification Review.” Two pages – It calls for disclosure for all ETI and UFO material being held by the government and makes three recommendations UFOs and ETI documents should be given priority in government declassification efforts such as the Presidential Executive Order 12958 issued in 1995. Requests the appointment of a coordinator for ETI and UFO information inside the government Requests an amnesty for all military people who might have classified information on UFOs, so they can come forward without fear.

		February 5, 1996 Letter from Rockefeller to Dr. Gibbons [JPG - 130K] In the letter he clearly spells out that information coming from him to the Science Advisor to the President, and information from the Science Advisor coming down to Rockefeller is going through Hillary Clinton’s First Lady's office.
