This lecture gives a brief glimpse inside the story of the Rockefeller UFO Initiative. C.B. Scott Jones had known Clinton's Science Advisor Dr. Jack Gibbons for many years. He was with Laurance Rockefeller when Dr. Gibbons was presented the UFO briefing called "The Matrix of UFO Beliefs." He was also with Rockefeller when they went to Hillary Clinton's office in early 1994 to talk UFOs. Hillary was not there and Dr. Jones talked to Hillary's Chief of Staff Maggie Williams (now Campaign Manager of Hillary's 2008 presidential campaign) who was not receptive to the idea of UFOs until Jones mentioned that there might be a spiritual aspects to the phenomena. This interested Williams, who asked Jones to explain. Jones, however, replied that "We don't quite know yet."
